Pouce La Vie est une rencontre musicale imaginée par Denis Maccario et Frédéric Vitteaud, et parrainée par des artistes de renom qui partagent la scène avec un groupe de 10 musiciens et chanteurs : Call Me Winston - The Tarantino tribute. Depuis sa création en 2018 par la Fondation Flavien, association de lutte contre les cancers pédiatriques et les maladies rares, Pouce la Vie a eu l’honneur d’avoir comme parrains les artistes Jean-Félix Lalanne, Greg Zlap, Louis Chedid, Alex Jaffray et François-Xavier Demaison. Yvan Cassar, pianiste, compositeur et chef d'orchestre, est également le parrain historique et fidèle de chaque édition de l'évènement. Cette année, la chanteuse Anne Sila parrainera l'évènement caritatif, aux côtés du parrain historique Yvan Cassar : rendez-vous pour un programme inédit, où les plus grandes musiques de films prendront vie sur scène dans une ambiance élégante et festive, interprétées par les 10 instrumentistes et chanteurs de l'orchestre Call Me Winston. La soirée sera présentée pour la 4ème fois depuis sa création par Marc Toesca, animateur de radio et de télé, et fidèle de ce rendez-vous annuel.
