Monaco-Ville
The historic seat of the Principality is on the Rock.
Monte-Carlo
Founded in 1866 during the reign of Prince Charles III,the district is located around the casino.
La Condamine
The district which surrounds Port Hercule.
Fontvieille
The district built on reclaimed land from the sea, it comprises an urban complex, tourist and sports facilities around a leisure port and a clean industrial zone.
Moneghetti
The district where the jardin Exotique is located.

François Grimaldi captures the "Rock" of Monaco

1949:

Accession to the throne of his Highness Prince Rainier III

May 28, 1993 :

Monaco admitted to the United Nations

1997:

700 years of regn for the Grimaldi Family

1999:

50 years of regn for the Prince Rainier III

April 6, 2005:

Death of Prince Rainier III.

2005:

His son becomes Prince Albert II
