Deposits: any
reservation must be guaranteed by a deposit equivalent
to :
- 1 night: for
a stay of 3 or less nights;
- 50% of the cost: for a stay
of more than 3 nights.
Conditions of cancellation: The deposit will only be refunded if the
hotel has received a written cancellation notice (fax, Email or mail) at the
latest :
- 2 days before the date of arrival for a stay of 3 or
less nights;
- 10 days before the date of arrival for a stay of more than 3 nights.
In the event of non arrival, or cancellation of stay (without notification
as detailed above) or curtailed visits, the deposit is non-refundable.
Pre-autorizzazione :
L'hotel si riserva il diritto di controllare la validità della carta di credito prima dell'arrivo (richiedendo l'autorizzazione al circuito di appartenenza).
Pagamento del soggiorno :
Il soggiorno verrà pagato all'arrivo in albergo per mezzo di pagamento accettato da parte dell'hotel.

CB à distance :
« la transmission orale ou écrite
du numéro de votre CB, vaut accord de débit
pour le montant convenu lors de la réservation
de votre séjour, au même titre qu’un
règlement par chèque bancaire. Notre établissement
est autorisé par notre banque, le CREDIT
AGRICOLE à utiliser un appareil de vente
par correspondance par CARTE DE CREDIT (CB , VISA
, EUROCARD, MASTER CARD) pouvant servir à l’encaissement
des arrhes à distance ».
