The oceanographic Museum in Monaco

Inaugurated in 1910 by its founder, Prince Albert I, the "Musée Océanographique", an exceptionnal museum of marine sciences is a monumental architectural master-piece gathering various rare species of fish as well as all sorts of corals. Before entering the museum, you stand in front of the grandiose façade rising sheer above the sea to a height of 85 meters.

During the visit, you discover remarkable collections ofmarine fauna and numerous specimens of sea creatures gathered by prince Albert. You are astonished by the Aquarium where you admire some sharks. You remain a few minutes next to the pirhanas pool and you watch them « having lunch » : it’s something that you won’t see before long ! Afterwards, you decide :

To go to the Tourist Office

To take a walk along the « Chemin des sculptures »

    To visit the Prince Palace

You can find other clues by visiting « Monte-Carlo by Night »
